Solution: We designed a blended onboarding experience that combined storytelling, culture immersion, and practical simulations—all tailored to align with their mission and patient-first approach.


The Impact: Employees entered roles with a sense of purpose and community. Ramp-up time was shortened, and engagement during onboarding rose significantly.
